Discrepancy Between Analytics and journey Data

I recently integrated Google Analytics with my site, and I've noticed a significant discrepancy between the session data reported in Analytics and the numbers reflected in Mediavine's earnings dashboard.

On February 22, Google Analytics reported 3,000 sessions, but Mediavine's dashboard only counted 1,491 sessions, and the same happened on February 21. This difference seems to be affecting my earnings calculations. Could you please help me understand why there is such a large gap? Is there an issue with tracking or integration that needs to be fixed?
