Link incorrect

I am still trying to troubleshoot my script, but when I go to step 3 of this https://journeymv.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/24188446813467-Troubleshooting-Your-Missing-Ads-Script the link to check for plugin optimization doesn't work. What is the correct link?

Also, I keep adding the script to the <head> and when I hit Save, it saves the page, but then the script disappears.

Can you please not delete my post until I get this resolved?
