Ads for Platform Publishers

I wanted to know if there's a program, plan, or however, for “platform publishers”, allowing users of a publisher site, to take advantage of their content being monetized.

For reference, I'm speaking on a program similar to Adsense for Platforms: https://developers.google.com/adsense/platforms

Does Journey have anything like that?
