Ads not displaying despite following troubleshooting procedures
Hi, I've had Journey enabled on my site for over a week, and went through the troubleshooting process (followed all the steps).
I also clicked on the ‘enable ads script’ in my settings a number of times, but nothing seems to work. The ads do not work in other browsers either and I have not found anything else to test out in the support articles.

Hi Lucia Polla! I just took a look at the site, and there appears to be an issue with our script wrapper that you added to the site. It looks just as it should, but it's possible that somehow some artifacts were introduced when you copied it into the site that are keeping it from firing in the browser.
When I copy the script exactly as it is from your Journey settings in your GPP dashboard and replace the script on the site using a local override, the script fires and ads display. So this should be the way to go: if you can copy the script from your settings using the “Copy Code” button and replace the script currently on the site and then clear out all the caching, that will hopefully get the script firing and ads displaying on the site.
