Ads not showing

1. How long does it take for actual ads to start showing? We have Grow ads on the website but not the actual banner ads yet.
2. How do we specifically add banner ads to the page? for example, on this page there's only a bottom footer banner and we'd like to have ads displayed in the middle of the page too:

3. Does journey have interstitial ads with higher payouts? we'd like to show ads between pages, so when people go to the next page, they're shown an ad.
