Block ads on specific site not working

Hi I am trying to disable all ads on a specific post and have uploaded the following to a custom HTML block at the bottom of the post: <div id="ad-management-config-settings" data-blocklist-all="1"></div> 

But when I return to the post on mobile, ads are still running. What am I doing wrong?
