There is a bug in my recipe cards on Big Scoots. They told me to reach out to Journey and have them to remove the bug. I'm not able to save or edit and sometimes even put a recipe on the post.

    Hi Terra Voyles ! Could you give us more details about the issue you're experiencing and how it's being caused by Journey? We haven't had any other reports of Journey conflicting with editing recipe cards or adding them to posts, so it's possible this is unrelated to Journey.

    That said, if you use the Create for your recipe cards, you can write into create@mediavine.com for assistance.

    If you're using any other recipe card though, we'll just need more information as to how Journey is causing the issue. For example, if you remove the Journey script, are you able to edit cards and add them to posts? Or is there a specific reason BigScoots said this is a bug coming from Journey? Any additional information will help!

    This is from my host:

    The Mediavine Create plugin is returning some database related errors when you are saving the recipe card that indicate a bug with the plugin.

    We recommend reaching out to Mediavine with the following error log entry:
