Hi Paige Springer ! In this specific post, there's a content_hint in the HTML. This will prevent the script from placing other content ads throughout the post content, so it will need to be removed in order for content ads to populate.

I also wanted to note that much of your content is nested within <div> blocks instead of all being directly under one HTML element that we use as a content selector to target ads. Any content that is nested will not have ads inserted within it since our script can only place ads between elements that are directly under the content selector. You can read more about that here.

    Thank you!

    Hey Rachel,

Thanks for responding! I had a look and found the content_hint and removed it thank you, this has brought back the ads! As for the <div>, I have used it in my blogs to control where the ads are placed as they were very disruptive to my layout. Thank you so much!! Super appreciate your help today! <3

Sorry, one more! The ads also disappeared on one other blog -  CHRISTMAS 2025 – Sunny Destinations For An Epic Festive Holiday but I had a look and couldn't see any content_hint. You know what the issue may be?

    Kind regards!

Paige Springer this post has blocklist code on it, which would need to be removed for ads to load.

    Hey Rachel,

Thanks for the response again. I've gone through the coding and can't seem to a blocklist code, are you able to send me a screenshot to help identify it please. Appreciated much!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
