Ads not showing up on subdomain
CompletedHi there,
We recently got approved for Journey (yay) and our traffic comes from our two related sites worqstrap.com and jobs.worqstrap.com
I looked at other community posts and this should work and seems like the team has previously made adjustments to make sure ads are showing up on the subdomain as well

And this is a case where it's just a static subdomain.
Journey and grow code have been added to both site and subdomain and AdSense code removed, let me know what else I can do.
Additionally, I know there will be less in content ads potentially in the subdomain app as it's not a post - but I was wondering if we can add a css content selector or something to help Journey with the ad placement since there is no manual placement at the moment..

Hi Qayyum Rajan ! It looks like the subdomain is a job listing landing page with links to job listings. Journey will typically only place content ads in long form post content in a post template, which is why content ads wouldn't populate here. You'll still have the adhesion banner ad and Universal Video Player able to load on the subdomain though, which are some of the most performant ad placements.
Thanks!

Ok great I totally get that the content ones won't be there, which is fine. I just saw the adhesion and others show up, did you activate something or was it always good?
Is there any workarounds for the content ? E.g can I make it the same css selector as WordPress or something like that so the script tries to do something ?
All good if no, I understood that going in, but curious if a workaround exists or where the future of journey is as far as manual placements (which I know is not a thing now)

Hi Qayyum Rajan ! We didn't make any changes - when I visited the subdomain I immediately was served the adhesion ad and Universal Video Player, so it might have always been serving ads.
The pages would have to be built exactly like your blog posts - using a post template and having all the content under one parent element with the same class name as your blog posts that are getting ads in order to have ads load.
Thanks!
