Harry when I look at your earnings day by day, they match the total earnings, so everything appears to be correct on our end. If you have more details as to the behavior you're seeing or are seeing something different on your end and can give us exact details though, you can send those over. Thanks!

Rachel Johnson I checked it again today , if i select Last 30 days on Dashboard, yesterday earning was showing 4.21 from Dec 20-Dec-19 and today it shows 4.14 from Dec 20 - Jan 19. Can you please clarify why its reducing since last 3 days?

    Thanks

Harry I believe the numbers would update every day and therefore drop the previous day/add the new day to the total, which could be why you're seeing different numbers. I'll keep an eye on things though to be on the safe side to see if there are issues.

Thanks Rachel Johnson  I noticed this started from Sunday Jan 19th that number goes down. Before that numbers were updating correctly. I will check it again tomorrow and keep you posted if it still happens

Rachel Johnson I checked this morning and number are still reducing for total earning if i select “Last 30 Days”. Can you please check this again and clarify if there is any bug in the system? Any help would be appreciated

Harry This would likely be because the date range of the last 30 days changes each passing day, and you typically earn a different amount every day. If you earned less on January 21st compared to December 21st, and the range yesterday was 12/21-1/20 and then today is 12/22-1/21, that would be why the number would change as well since it's factoring in the lower amount from 1/21 and the higher amount from 12/21 is no longer being factored in.

It's also good to note that the dashboard officially updates at 10am EST, so your numbers won't be finalized for the previous day before that time and that could result in seeing a difference as well. So it sounds like this is expected behavior!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
