Hi Marc M ! Journey requires exclusivity, so you can't use another programmatic advertising service alongside it or any service that requires you to change your ads.txt file. If this ad doesn't require changing the ads.txt file and isn't another programmatic service (so if you wanted to advertise your own product or affiliate product, for example), that would be allowed.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rachel,

Okay what if I did any of the following would it disrupt the ads.txt file…

Ad Inserter - User-friendly, with options to place ads or custom HTML anywhere in your posts, including specific paragraph placements.

Advanced Ads - Offers more advanced features, like scheduling and targeting specific pages or posts.

Insert Post Ads - Simple and effective, letting you insert ads within content, such as after the first or third paragraph.

    Thanks!

Marc M none of these should impact the ads.txt file, but it'd be worth checking your dashboard for any errors/warnings and checking to make sure the ads.txt file is still in place/correct after making any changes just in case!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
