Journey Approval Process Exceeded 1 Month, What Should I Do?

Hi, it has been over a month since I submitted my application to Journey, but I still haven’t received any approval or feedback. Has anyone else experienced this delay? What steps should I take to follow up or speed up the process? Any advice would be appreciated.
