Analytics Measurement problem with GA4

Hi!

As I had two pop-up cookie windows on my site I disabled the previous one ( Complienz ). Since then, GA4 does not measure my website and keeps detecting anomalies. The website is showing almost zero users. I have attached a picture.

Can you help me what I need to do to get back the exact results?
