Issue with Onboarding - Website Name Already Exists
Hello,
I am currently in the onboarding process and encountered an issue on the “Let’s Get Your Business Info” page. When I attempt to proceed, I receive an error stating that my website name already exists, and I cannot move forward.

Hi HASSAN ! Could you try changing the business name to the domain name of the website and letting us know if that allows you to continue onboarding?

I tried changing the business name to match the domain name of my website as you suggested, but the issue persists. I’m still encountering the “website name already exists” error and cannot proceed with onboarding.

Hi HASSAN ! Could you try changing the site name to the domain of your site in your Grow dashboard under General → Site Name as well? I would change that, save, then try to change the business name as well to see if that does the trick. If it doesn't, just let us know and we can take another look!

I updated the site name in the Grow dashboard as you suggested, and the issue is now resolved!
