Grow Installation Script Not Recognized

Hello! I would appreciate some help with the following issue. I've followed every step outined in the how-to-guide for installing the script and it's still not being recognized. I have a Wordpress site and I'm using the same Header & Footer Code plugin that the guide recommends. I've also cleared cache on the site. When I click on “Check Grow Connectivity” on the dashboard. It seems to recognize it at first but then it defaults back to not recognized. 

Any tips on how to troubleshoot this further?
