Analytics went flat since installing the journey script

Hi - My analytics went flat (literally to zero) since being accepted to journey and installing the script - I see traffic on grow dashboard (and daily earnings) but no movement on google analytics page.

My tech assistant confirms that the code installed (I never NEVER changed any code) is different from my property code.

On the other hand, I cannot find the property code on the grow dashboard in ANY place.

Since we are talking codes I would like to solve this with a private mail. Can you please let me know who or how to contact you?

Hi Maria Gabriela Ancarola ! This wouldn't be related to Journey or ads. Currently, Journey tracks analytics through the Grow script, so you wouldn't see any Google Analytics settings in your Grow dashboard and these are completely separate tracking systems.
It looks like there might be an issue with your GA4 tag, because when I run your site through https://tagassistant.google.com/, it says there's no GA4 tag found. I would recommend reinstalling the GA4 tag with a standard implementation in the <head> area of your site, which your host should be able to help with.
