Approval Pending: Waiting Period Exceeds 30 Days
I hope this message finds you well. It's been over 30 days since I submitted and installed Grow on my site (the domain starts with "a" and ends with "o.com"). However, I haven't received any updates yet.
Could you kindly check if Grow has been successfully installed on my site and collecting data, or if there might be any issues causing the delay?
I’d really appreciate your assistance in resolving this.
For your reference, here’s some information about my site's traffic:
- Traffic: 25K–30K
- Traffic Source: Tier 1 Country

Hi Md Eddris Ali ! As long as the Grow script shows as connected and you see the message “Grow is currently active on your site!” when you click the button “Check Grow Connectivity” (see below) in your Grow dashboard under Grow Settings → Install Grow Script, then you shouldn't need to take any additional action and everything is properly installed.

Thanks, Rachel, for your reply. I appreciate it. Just wondering, why the delay in approving the site? Is it due to the holiday season, or is it normal for approval to take over 30 days?

Hi Md Eddris Ali ! 30 days is the minimum duration for reviewing an application, so it is normal for the process to take more than 30 days.
