Ads still load and show on mobile product page with disable scripts added

I pasted the no ads script in a product page's template as a custom HTML block to disable all ads from appearing on the product pages. 

I thought it works. Until today I noticed in one session on iPhone Safari, the banner ad popped up after I left the page open for a few minutes.

Why would that happen?
