Email Opt-In Only Page Allowed?

Hi,

I have a site recently approved by Journey and I was wondering if it's allowed for me to have a website page that's specifically for email opt-ins only? 

Things to note is that I plan to disable ads on that page.

I worry because it's a page with very thin content and may flag the system. So I hope that this won't be a problem.
