Grow by Mediavine Stats Not Updating – Is This Normal for New Users?

    I am also having issues with my stats not updating for the past week. It stopped updating my sessions and income days ago. My ads are showing on my mobile website but not desktop. I cleared caching in all areas I know such as my WordPress and Bluehost. The enable journey script is showing enable and I enable it and clear cache again and it still says enable. My adtext is on and no issues there. Says Journey script is on my site. I do not know why stats stopped updating.

    Hi Arpit Singh ! If you're not seeing data in your dashboard, that would likely indicate the Grow script isn't connected to the site anymore since this is the script that tracks your data. The Grow script is separate from the Journey script – you can add back the Grow script following these instructions, and then the reporting numbers should return to normal.

    Melinda Brown I'm seeing sessions and earnings reporting as expected in your dashboard and I also see ads on desktop, so everything looks good on our end!

    One last thought, my analytics have not changed for the past week and neither has the earnings for days when it was updating daily previously. Thanks for helping me understand why it is stagnant but I also understand it is active on my site.

    Should I disable Google Analytics G4?

    Hi Melinda Brown. GA4 analytics are separate from the Grow analytics that provide the data for your dashboard, so you shouldn't need to disable it - it won't cause any issues. Everything's looking good on our end, so you should be all set.

    Hello, Something similar has happened to me. My sessions and earnings have suddenly plummeted to 0. I checked the grow script and it shows as active and I still see ads up on my website. My Google Analytics hasn't shown a drop in my sessions, so I'm not sure what has happened. Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you!

    Krystilyn Atkinson  We're seeing data in your dashboard for those days. The dashboard only updates fully at 10am EST for the previous day, so if you were checking before that time, that could be why you weren't seeing any data.
