    Hi Michelle Toole. It's possible there's a configuration (firewall, security setting, server configuration, etc…) that's keeping Grow from connecting on the site. What you can do is try out the steps in the official comment in this thread to see if that gets things working. If not, you would just want to manually install the script and ads.txt and should be able to proceed with onboarding. Thanks!!
