Hi Pratik Pandav! If installed manually, your ads.txt will need to be updated when a new version is released. The cadence of new versions can vary, depending on what updates there are on our end. If you would prefer to not have to update the ads.txt on your end, you can always have your host setup a redirect to our servers. That way, the most current version will always be served. You can refer to this thread on how to go about setting that up. Thanks!

Hey does the redirect need to be 301 or 302?

Hi Pratik Pandav! Typically you would use a 301 redirect since it's permanent. I just checked on the site, though, and it looks like you're using a 308 redirect. This looks to be working just fine - i'm getting correctly routed to the ads.txt on our servers. So you should be all set. Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
