Hi Jeena! I just took a look at the site, and I'm not actually seeing the script wrapper unless I use a cache-busting querystring. When I add something like ?test=nocache to the end of the URL, the script is there and ads are displaying. So likely you'll just need to clear out all the caching on the site, and you'll be all set.

If you're still not seeing ads after doing that, then you'd just want to make sure the script isn't being optimized by a plugin. You can refer to a thread like this for more information here. Thanks!!!

Hi John, Thank you so much for your reply! It was indeed a caching issue with WP Rocket, but it's all sorted now. I can see the ads properly.

    Thanks again!

Also, one last question, John! I saw this message on my dashboard.

“Your ads.txt is missing or out-of-date. This will affect your earnings if not corrected. If using Grow for WP, troubleshoot here. If not, follow the manual instructions below and then refresh this alert.

My ads.txt file is present on the website, and the ads are displaying correctly, but I still received this message.

I clicked on the troubleshooting link, which showed an error, but I followed all the steps mentioned in the article. Despite this, the issue is still showing on my dashboard.

    What could be causing this?

    Thank you for your help.

Hi Jeena! I just took a look, and it looks like you just need to get the latest version of the ads.txt on the site. On the /ads.txt page on the site, I'm seeing the ads.txt v20241205. The latest that should be on the site is v20241210. You can grab the updated file either by downloading it or visiting the URL in your Journey settings. Once you have it added to the site and clear the caching, you should be all set. Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
