Does Different Emails for Google Kit and Mediavine Cause Issues?

Hi everyone! Quick question—if the email associated with my Google Kit is different from the email on my Mediavine account, could this cause any issues? Just to clarify, I don’t have a Google AdSense account connected to the Google Kit. Thanks in advance for your help
