Hi Jacqueline DiNardo! The analytics for your top page did look a little bit irregular, so we took a closer look. It appears that the analytics showing are actually correct. It looks like nearly all (98%) of the traffic to the top page is coming from a single IP address and none of those sessions are generating any impressions. So the impression count as an average is actually quite low, and that's why it's showing as such in the analytics. Thanks!!

Thanks for the update! I did notice a spike on my Journey traffic reporting that I didn't correspond to anything on GSC, so that makes sense. I also suspected bot traffic, but then after several sustained days with over 500+ views I started to think they were legitimate views. Strange that they would be coming from the same IP for several days. Haven't had that happen on any of my sites before. If I'm still seeing sustained views in a few days, I'll reach back out!

It seems this page is still getting the most impressions. Although the numbers seem to be more in line with what I would expect. However, I'm still getting 0 impressions on that page.

Sorry, I meant to say, it's the top page (as in getting the most views), but getting zero ad impressions.

Hi Jacqueline DiNardo! From the data on our end, it looks like the page is generating very few impressions. It looks like the vast majority of the traffic to the page isn't generating any impressions per session, so the impressions as an average per pageview is very low and is being rounded to zero. It's also possible (this is only speculation) that the suspect traffic on the page affected bidding on it a little bit so that there's less spend there. It could be worth checking with your host to make sure there isn't any bot traffic still hitting the post and then to just keep an eye on things for while to see if the numbers even out. Thanks!!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
