Hi Silvana Felix. I just took a look at the site, and it appears that there's some caching that's causing the issue. When I visit the site using a cache-busting query string, the sidebar is next to the content. So you'd just want to clear out all the caching and should be good to go. Thanks!

I have the same problem and clearing the cache didn't work. When I view my site on another browser or incognito, the sidebar shows, properly for a few seconds and then moves to the bottom of the page. Can you please help me with this? https://madebymelody.co/festive-christmas-fonts-on-canva/

Hi Melody Flynn! I was able to take a look at the site, and there was actually a styling conflict from your theme that was causing the sidebar to move to the bottom once the ads loaded in. I made an adjustment on our end, and you should be all set. Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
