Amend mobile frequency and keep desktop

I don't mind the frequency and how the ads look on desktop, but I'd like to reduce the frequency on mobile. Is it possible to change the ad settings for one but not the other? And if so, how do I do this…

    I think it's all or nothing. I read elsewhere you can block off ads from breaking up some content using <div></div> but I can't find the thread.
