Consistently being asked to update ads.txt & now it is not working
Hi team, since starting Journey, every 3-4 days or so we're asked to update our ads.txt file. This is a bit of an annoyance but last month all of a sudden it stopped showing our sessions and we had a ridiculously high RPM of around $21,900. Now this seems to have slowly rectified itself and it has come up again today that the ads.txt is out of date, despite replacing it yesterday and now this time when we've replaced the ads.txt and refresh it, it keeps saying it can't indicate the ads.txt file. Is someone able to help please? tia :)

Hi Amy Curtis. It looks like the status in your settings just needed to be refreshed. We did this on our end, and the ads.txt should be good to go. If it was manually added, the ads.txt file will need to be updated from time to time, but it's also always an option to have your host setup a redirect to our servers so that you don't need to keep up with it. There are a number of threads in the forum from publishers who have done this, and you can refer to this one as a start. Thanks
