Too many ads all over my website

Hi, I just got the approval for my website explorertom.com

Unfortunately there are too many ads shown, even though the ad density is on low. My second problem is, that is always shows just the exact AD: “Want fewer ads like this one, get Grow today" .

This is going ruin the user experience. Even after reading the tutorials I did not achieve to adjust the ad settings.
