We can’t seem to find your Ads.txt file
Hello,
I have installed manually the ads.txt file (and remove the old one) on my blog and it doesn't seem to appear on your end. I also cleared the cache with WP rocket.
When I run this test https://www.voyagesetc.fr/ads.txt?test=1234 the file is on the blog, so I don't know what to do next to run to make it work.
Could you help me ?
Thank you very much,
Adeline

Hi Adeline! I'm seeing the updated ads.txt at that URL as well. When I check the root domain, though, without the “www” I'm still seeing the old ads.txt. If I use a querystring like
?test=1234there, though, I'm seeing the updated ads.txt. The crawler will always check the root domain for the ads.txt, so it looks like you may just have some caching that needs to be cleared (may be on the site or on the server - you can have your host clear everything out). Once the caching is cleared out and the ads.txt is visible on the root domain, you should be able to proceed with onboarding. Thanks!!0 -
Thank you John.
I have asked my host to clear the cache. I hope it will work after that.
