Ad Density on Mobile

Hi! I've been with Journey for a couple weeks now. I have turned the ad density down to “low”, yet it is still a lot of ads on mobile. It looks just the same as the optimal setting to me. At times, there are 3 or even 4 ads on the screen at one time. Even when it's not quite that bad, there are still just so many. Is there any way to get the ad density on mobile lower? On desktop it's fine, but it's really difficult to read my content on mobile. Thanks!
