RPM increasing but very slowly even after 4 months

Hi,

I've been reading some of the feedback on the forum but I would like some assistance here. My average time spent on site by readers is at 1 min 19 secs as of today. I'm in the relationship and dating niche - thoughtsandviewsthatmatter. Com

I've been accepted into Journey in August but the highest RPM I've ever hit is only at $18. My current RPM for the past week is around $11.

Can anyone tell me what I should do? Also I have a sidebar but not sure why ads are not serving there, and I'm not sure if it's sticky sidebar

The Q4 check-in says collapsing the table of contents can help. Maybe try that?
