Ads.txt Missing and problems with the Privacy Policy
We have been using Journey for four months, and over the past month, we have encountered issues with the Ads.txt Missing warning and the Privacy Policy. Everything was working correctly at first, and we were manually updating the Ads.txt file. However, these problems started after we migrated to a new hosting provider a month ago. Since then, the Ads.txt Missing warnings and errors detecting the Privacy Policy page have been constant. Although we updated the growth plugin to automate the updates, we have not been able to resolve either issue.

Hi Triana Tinajas Balboa ! Journey will automatically attempt to verify that the ad script, your ads.txt file, and your privacy policy are all up to date and in place. If you see each when checking your site, but your dashboard is telling you otherwise, it's possible there's another factor, like caching or additional security on your site, that's blocking Journey.
Since this started happening after switching hosts, this sounds like some sort of security or firewall on the host's end that's preventing our crawler from seeing the ads.txt file and privacy policy periodically.
I would check with your host and have them check if they are running any security/firewall settings. They'll also want to make sure the MediavineMetadataParser user agent isn't being blocked in Cloudflare (or any other CDN if they use one) or other server settings.
