Hey everyone,

I’m at my wit’s end trying to add the ads.txt file using the Grow plugin. I’ve followed every single step provided, and it just doesn’t work. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we aren’t given the option to manually upload the file ourselves and are forced to rely on a plugin that clearly isn’t functioning as it should.

To make matters worse, how in the world does Grow not have a customer support contact email? This seems like a basic necessity for any service. I’m stuck with no way to reach out directly for help, and the troubleshooting options are nonexistent.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Has anyone managed to find a workaround? At this point, I just want to get my ads.txt uploaded and move on. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Danie Barnard. If you're running into a conflict or issue adding the ads.txt via the plugin, you absolutely have the option of adding it manually. It looks like the site still has some existing Adsense ad code running, though. You'll want to get it removed first and then can proceed with getting the ads.txt setup.
