    Hi aqsha khan ! You need to finish onboarding and add the ad script to your site for ads to load. You can do this in your Grow Publisher Portal dashboard by clicking “Finish Journey Setup”.

    I've done this. Still, the ads are not live.

     

    We found conflicting ad codes from your site from Google Adsense and Ezoic Ad Network ad networks. Launching ads with Journey requires removing code from any previous programmatic ad partners. If an agreement with another ad provider binds you, stop here. See this Help article for more information on exclusivity requirements.

    aqsha khan it looks like there's still reference to AdSense and Ezoic in your site's source code. You'll need to remove all old ad code and then clear your cache before you'll be able to onboard. We have an article on different ways to remove old ad code here, but if you need assistance your host should also be able to help. Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported
