In-Content Ads and Recommended Content not showing up on pages

When I am logged out of my Wordpress site, I only see In-Content Ads and Recommended Content on posts, not pages. (I don't see the ads at all when I'm logged in, but I believe that is correct.)

When I am logged into my Wordpress site, I can see Recommended Content on both posts and pages. 

For example, on this post, I see In-Content Ads and Recommended Content: https://myhouserabbit.com/2013/03/hay-day-for-coco-and-cosette/

On this page, I see Recommended Content only when I'm logged in. And I don't ever see In-Content Ads: https://myhouserabbit.com/rabbit-behavior/why-do-rabbits-thump-their-feet/

I *think* the recommended content not showing up on pages is new to when I enabled Journey (today), but I don't know for sure.

So my question is how do I get both In-Content Ads and Recommended Content to show up on my pages?

    Ok so after reading another troubleshooting post, I realized that maybe it was a caching issue. I had purged the cache with my host and on the browser, but what I hadn't done was purge the cache on my Speed Optimizer plugin. So after doing that, I do see the ads and the recommended content showing up on pages.
