Can't find onboarding email
CompletedI received my acceptance email a few months ago, and I was waiting to leave SheMedia before completing my onboarding, but now I can't find it! How do I get a new one sent to me?

Hi Larch Gauld ! You shouldn't need the acceptance email to onboard. You should be able to click “Finish Journey Setup” in your Grow dashboard, accept the terms of service, and then complete the onboarding process. Thanks!

Hi Rachel Johnson thank you for your response. I do not have the option to Finish Journey Setup in my Grow dashboard, just Grow Bookmarks and Profile

Hi Larch Gauld ! This is your Grow account where your bookmarks are saved. You'll need to go to your Grow Publisher Portal and log in there.
