"Do Not Sell or Share My Information" appearing on top of my content

Hello, I just added Journey ads to my site, and there is a small link that appears just under the fold that says “DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY INFORMATION.” I am guessing this is supposed to go at the footer or somewhere else less visible, but it's just applying itself to whatever part of the page is just below the fold, and it sticks to that same area even when I scroll. So in this screenshot, you can see it's covering up my “skip to recipe” button, and that button is now unusable. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!

For more information, my website is built using GatsbyJS (static site generator) and this issue is on both mobile and desktop.
