Hi Khris ! To pause ads, you would just need to remove the Journey ad script from wherever you added it on your site if you added it manually. If you're using the Grow for WordPress plugin to add the ad script, you can paste the following URL into your browser while logged into WordPress: yoursitename.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=grow-journey-disable and you'll see a setting to disable Journey.

If you intend to deactivate ads indefinitely, we do require at least 30 days notice, which you can read more about here.

    Thanks!

Hi Support thanks for the response.

Is there a duration to disable the ads before reenabling it? Or I can leave that for lets say 2 months?

In regards to deactivation, do I need to reapply all over again before reactivation?

    Thank you!

Hi Khris ! If you want to disable ads for two months, we would recommend putting in your notice, which you can read more about here, and then reapplying when you're ready. Thanks!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
