Trouble installing Grow

Hi, I’m trying to install the Grow plugin on my WordPress site. Although the plugin appears to be running correctly on WordPress, my Grow account on the Grow platform shows the message: 'We're Having Trouble Seeing Your WordPress Installation.' I've followed all the troubleshooting steps, but it’s still not working. Any advice?
