    HI May Shehab ! Is this behavior only happing on mobile iOS (Apple) devices? If so, there is a bug on Apple's end that's specific to iOS where pages can sometimes crash and refresh while scrolling. Otherwise, it's possible this could be a connectivity issue on the user's end. 

    For the iOS bug, what happens is the browser seems to run out of memory (can be Safari or Chrome on iOS) and the page crashes and refreshes. It's something that we've seen and investigated, and it can happen on different types of sites with various themes. It's worth noting this also happens across all ad providers, and our ad tech is still the most optimized in the industry for performance.

    The common factor, though, is that it only happens on iOS devices - we don't see it with Android or on desktop devices. While it's something specific to iOS that we're not able to control, our engineers are aware of it and always looking for ways to alleviate the issue as much as possible by running A/B tests. Ultimately though, this happens on any ad network and comes down to an issue with browser memory on iOS devices.
