Errors After Switching to Wordpress

I just switched from Squarespace to WordPress. My host installed the script for me on my new Wordpress site. But I'm still getting an error that my ad script is missing. 

I tried going through the steps to activate ads through the plug in , but I don't have the option to do that in the plug in. I'm not sure what is causing the issue. 

When I go to https://www.simplyholisticwc.com/ads.txt’ , it appears the script is there. What else can I do? 

Also,  my portal said I need a privacy policy, I entered it fine yesterday. But now the error is back but when I enter the URL, it gives me an error that the URL cannot be saved.  

I've cleared my cache and logged in and back out and deactivated and activate the plug in.
