Vue.js + Laravel Site

I have a tech question that maybe someone in this community can answer. Hopefully.

My site is a Simple Page Application (SPA) developed on Vue.js and Laravel on the backend. After being accepted by Journey, my developers managed to add the ads script successfully. However, the only ad displayed is the sticky mobile/desktop ad at the bottom of the screen.

So, the problem is that we can't figure out how to increase the number of ads. Obviously, the script can't detect the dynamic content on the page, so we are trying to figure out if there is a way to add more ads in specific spots.

The metadata, titles, and ad script are rendered on the server-side renderer. It is a bit awkward not to be able to insert ads in specific locations, especially for sites that are a bit more complex than regular blogs. 

Any ideas on how we should approach this situation?
