Needed assistance in Setting up with Cookie consent and other settings

I just started with journey ads inserted last night. I wanted to know how to add cookie consent or is it already added?

Is it possible for Grow team to have a look at the website and tell me if I have ads maximised to earnings without affecting site speed?

Lastly, I want to know how to reduce empty space in subscription and ad blocks insrted in my site. I have added screenshot of what I am trying to convery. THe subscription block and take 30% of the allocated space and the rest remains empty.
