Ads Not Showing (caching issue)
CompletedI recently set up my site with Journey by Mediavine, and while ads display correctly when I’m logged into WordPress, they don’t appear for regular visitors, even after following the setup instructions closely.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Cleared the cache multiple times.
- Disabled all caching plugins.
- Checked for conflicts with plugins and themes.
- Verified the ads.txt file is correctly implemented.
Additionally, I’ve reviewed the ad script implementation and tried viewing the site in an incognito browser. Despite these steps, ads are still only visible on my end when logged into WordPress.

Hi HASSAN ! It looks like the ads are only loading if I manually bust the cache by adding ?test=1234 to the end of a URL.
Since this is a caching issue, you'll want to clear all caching plugins, CDN caching if you use one (like Cloudflare), and have your host clear your server side cache. Then I would check in an incognito window to make sure you're seeing ads.
Thanks!

Thank you for your guidance! The issue was with the site-level cache rather than the server cache. After clearing the site cache specifically, the ads started displaying correctly.
