Sudden Decrease in Traffic

Hey, I hope you'll are good!

Recently I had applied for Journey by Mediavine for my website and it got accepted right after 20 days. But after running ads just for 18 hours my website traffic started decreasing in GSC and GA4. My article position went down in SERPs. So, after 18 hours i removed the Ads (Journey by Mediavine) and start running the Google AdSense.

I have just analyzed that Core Web Vitals were also effected by Journey Ads, maybe due to high ads load But ads were on default optimal setting  (adjusting ads frequency wasn't availble till now because grow need to running on website for atleast 30 days to change ads frequncy).

Now, I want to know the reason behind this sudden traffic decrease because I am planning to run Journey Ads again. 

What should i do to Improve SERPs for effected articles.
