Intrusive Pop up Ads

One of my website visitors reported this ad, and I was able to duplicate it once on my own phone, except it was a Spectrum ad (my ISP). Is this from Journey? And if so, is there a way to disable such intrusive ads?

    Hi Brian Grossman ! This doesn't look like a Journey ad since Journey doesn't serve any pop up ads that cover the screen like this. I would reach out to your host as soon as possible and have them make sure your site is secure and there's no type of malware or malicious activity.

    Hi ramon negron ! No, ads being served multiple times in a row wouldn't be considered intrusive ads. It's very common to be served the same ad more than once since it all comes down to what partner wins the bidding auction and what ad they decide to serve. So this is totally normal behavior and nothing to be concerned about. Thanks!
