Payments to Canadians

Hi, for those Canadians who’ve received payment from Journey, what is the best method for transfer of funds i.e. least amount of fees, conversion, and currency? Still awaiting the first payment and I'm hoping I selected the right method to get the most bang for my buck so to speak.

Journey is Self Supported
