    Hi Taylor,

I just took a look at the site, and I'm seeing your gtag code in the head as well. I also checked with Tag Assistant, and it does appear to be firing just fine. The Journey script shouldn't be affecting this at all. It's possible that there may have been some temporary caching on the site that was causing an issue?

If you're still encountering an issue, you can check on your implementation and should also be able to do some real time testing with page views right in your Google Analytics to make sure the tag is working properly. Thanks!!

    Hi John,

Thanks for the response! I'm still having the issue and I've been doing lots of research and asking in other help forums with no success. Do you have a link where I can see info regarding how to fix a caching issue?

Confused as to why it stopped working the minute I implemented Journey as I've had no issues prior.

Hi Taylor Morkin ! Journey shouldn't have any impact on your Google Analytics tracking, but here's an article that goes over different ways to troubleshoot caching issues if that's the root of the problem. For further assistance, I'd check with your host since they'll have access to your site or Site Kit since it looks like that's what you're using to insert your analytics code.

    Thanks!

Hello, I am wondering, Taylor, if this resolved? Because the exact thing happened the day ads were initiated on my site, https://workonmondaytravels.com. Everywhere I look, it says my tags are working, but I still can't get my Google Analytics to work again.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
