Hi Kay! Thanks for reaching out. Checking on the site, I'm still seeing the old ads.txt file at the /ads.txt url. It's possible that whatever is placing this (could be a plugin or something setup by your host) is causing the issue with getting the journey file to show up. It's also, though, possible that there's something in your WP Admin configuration or a security setting that's causing an issue.

So the first thing you can check on is whether there are any ads.txt plugins running on the site. If there are, you can try deactivating them and then trying to add the ads.txt via the plugin again.

If that still doesn't work, then it definitely would make sense to just go ahead and add the ads.txt manually. This is something that your host should be able to help with. You can just grab the ads.txt text from the URL right in your onboarding dashboard and contact your host for them to assist in getting it added to the site. Thanks!!

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
